I have been moderately artistic in my past, as well as mechanically inclined, but more so I have been a problem solver. So in short I like to accomplish goals!
I think that being part of a web marketing team gives you an unlimited amount of material in the "goals" category.
We have two graphic designers that help me with the design areas. They are seasoned professional, and will have their work posted in a few weeks.
On the other hand, I am the only developer on this team, but hopefully there will be more talent coming this way
